Association
The goal of the organization is to achieve a common understanding in Lithuania that every citizen must defend the state, just as the state must defend every citizen. This is the essence of the defence system.
THE ASSOCIATION HELPS THE STATE ADDRESS THREE ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS:
1.
To clearly explain citizens and organizations their role in total defence and help them prepare for it;
2.
To contribute to reducing social exclusion and creating a safe environment through the total defence model;
To transfer best practices in total defense from Finland, Ukraine, Israel, and other countries to Lithuania, with the assistance of recognized international experts.
3.
Former National Security Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania, former Vice Minister of National Defence, one of Lithuania’s leading experts on total defence, and a reserve officer.
