About the association
The Visuotinė gynyba association brings together civil society, organisations, the state and international experts so that by 2030 Lithuania has a strong societal defence system in place, one that creates what is known as the swarm effect.
The association’s aim
The association’s aim is a total defence model based on the Finnish example, implemented in Lithuania by 2030 and creating credible deterrence. That means:

of residents have a specific plan and are ready for the first 72 hours

of companies and organisations know their role in total defence and are prepared for it
