The organisations’ Charter

The “Charter of Lithuanian Organisations’ Commitments to Total Defence” is a practical preparedness standard for organisations. By signing the Charter, organisations voluntarily commit to carrying out at least two total-defence preparedness actions each year from the action plan the association provides. Participation is voluntary and public, progress is measured, and organisations earn the right to use the prepared-organisation mark.

The Charter is not a legal obligation — it is a voluntary decision by management to work consistently in two directions: strengthening employees’ preparedness and the organisation’s resilience.
